Celebrity Centre - Hollywood, CA

This project consists of a seismic upgrade, renovation, and various repairs of the iconic building (formerly the Château Élysée). The building is a replica of a 17th century French Normandy castle with approximately 100,000 SF and has been declared a Historical National Monument.

Cosmetology Educational Facility - Santa Barbara, CA (construction starting soon)

Design of the seismic upgrade to mitigate deficiencies previously identified by our office through a structural evaluation. When the project is completed the building will house classroom and office space for Santa Barbara City College.
